The electronic database of the Second Edition of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been launched on the online platform

The electronic database of the Second Edition of the State Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Uzbekistan (SPRU II), which incorporates the latest national and international requirements in the pharmaceutical sector and serves as the primary regulatory document for assessing the safety of medicines, has been fully uploaded to the unified online platform.

This edition is a fundamentally improved and expanded version developed to harmonize medicine quality control methods with modern international standards (USP and Ph. Eur.).

As a result of integrating the monographs and general chapters of the Second Edition into the digital system, the following opportunities have been created for specialists:

• Prompt access to updated standards: It provides real-time access to familiarize with and apply in practice the specific monographs included in the Second Edition regarding new dosage forms, modern analytical methods (physicochemical and biological tests), reagents, and herbal substances.
